1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of GrowthOS, a digital services marketplace operated by WizzyLux Global Concepts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information when required to use paid services.
3. Wallet and purchases
Wallet funds are used to purchase eligible GrowthOS services. Pricing, availability, provider costs, and exchange-rate calculations may change. A purchase is not completed until GrowthOS confirms the relevant transaction and order state.
4. Service fulfillment
GrowthOS may use third-party providers to fulfill orders. Provider availability and delivery times can vary. We may suspend or unpublish services when a provider is unavailable, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable.
5. Verification services
Verification numbers and SMS services are intended for lawful and legitimate uses only. You may not use GrowthOS to commit fraud, evade security controls, impersonate others, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service, order state, provider outcome, and applicable GrowthOS rules. Where a provider failure or eligible cancellation requires a refund, GrowthOS may return the relevant amount to the internal wallet.
7. Withdrawals
Eligible wallet balances may be withdrawn subject to account checks, payment-provider requirements, available funds, and GrowthOS review. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or rejected where additional verification is required.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not abuse the platform, bypass rate limits, interfere with provider systems, use stolen payment methods, submit fraudulent withdrawal details, or attempt to manipulate balances, orders, or provider outcomes.
9. Availability and changes
GrowthOS may change, pause, or discontinue services, providers, pricing, or platform features as operational requirements change.
